Two tools we've already built. Send data, get a report back.

These are not concepts or roadmap items — they're running today. Send us your inputs and we run the analysis ourselves and send back a written report. No dashboard login, no integration required to get a first result.

Navigation safety · Nav2 / ROS 2

Nav2 Hazard-Scan Report

Send us your facility's Nav2 map — a map_server YAML + PGM pair — and we run a real geometric hazard scan against it: corridor width versus your robot's footprint, blind corners, and intersection visibility. You get back a written report naming every flagged location and why, not a tool you have to learn.

What we scan

Corridor width against your robot's footprint, blind-corner geometry at intersections, and line-of-sight at merge points.

What you send

Your existing map_server YAML + PGM map. Nothing else — no integration, no access to your fleet.

What you get back

A written report: every flagged location, why it was flagged, and what's clear.

Deliberately scoped outside EU Machinery Regulation Art. 3(3) “safety component” classification. This reads a static map once, and a human reviews every result before it reaches you — it doesn't run live against your fleet or make real-time decisions. For liability-conscious buyers that's not a compliance checkbox, it's the point: a tool that informs your team's judgment, not one your team could be on the hook for mis-certifying.

Cobot safety · ISO/TS 15066

ISO/TS 15066 Separation-Distance Report

Send us your cobot/human task parameters and we calculate the required protective separation distance per ISO/TS 15066, term by term, and flag any gaps in your inputs — like an undefined decision latency — before you deploy, not after an incident.

S = Sh + Sr + Ss + C + Zd + Zr
What we calculate

The full protective separation distance, broken out term by term against your actual task parameters.

What we flag

Missing or undefined parameters — like decision latency — that would otherwise get silently assumed to zero.

What you send

Your task and robot parameters: speeds, reach, decision latency, trigger conditions.

You get back a written report with the calculated separation distance and every flagged gap, so you can close them before the deployment is reviewed — not after.

Send us your parameters

Want a report run against your own deployment?

Send us your map or your task parameters and we'll run it ourselves — a founder reads every submission.
